Wholesale accounts are for businesses that resell products. Each application is reviewed individually; we may request additional information or documentation and may decline applications at our discretion.

Resale documentation

Where required, buyers must provide a valid resale or exemption certificate. Without one, applicable sales tax may be charged.

Pricing and availability

We don't publish fixed wholesale prices. Pricing and availability are confirmed in each written quote and are valid for the period stated in that quote.

Minimums

Minimum order quantities and case-pack requirements vary by product and are confirmed in the quote.

Shipping

Shipping method, cost, and estimated timing are confirmed per order. We don't guarantee delivery dates unless stated in writing.

Payment terms

Payment terms are set in the quote or agreement. This website does not collect payments.

Returns and damages

Return eligibility, damage reporting windows, and remedies are defined in the applicable quote or agreement. Report any shortages or damage promptly with photos and your order reference.

Channel restrictions

Some products may carry supplier restrictions on where they can be resold. Buyers are responsible for following any restrictions communicated to them.
