This policy explains how SMARTVENDGROUP LLC ("SmartVend," "we") handles information collected through the SmartVend Distribution website.

Information we collect

• Inquiry and application forms: names, business names, business email, phone, website, location, business type, sales channels, product interests, and the messages you write.
• Uploaded files: catalogs, price sheets, and resale certificates you choose to attach.
• Buyer accounts: your email address, password (stored in hashed form by our authentication provider), or Google sign-in identity, plus profile details you add.
• Quote requests: the products, quantities, and notes you submit.
• Technical data: standard server logs, and a hashed form of your network address used briefly to prevent spam and abuse.

How we use it

To respond to inquiries, review partnership and wholesale applications, prepare quotes, manage buyer accounts, keep business records, and protect the site from abuse. We don't sell personal information.

Uploads and documents

Uploaded files are stored in private storage. Only authorized SmartVend staff can access them, through short-lived download links. Documents we issue to an approved buyer are visible only in that buyer's account.

Service providers

We use hosting, database, file storage, and authentication providers to run this site. If enabled, we may use an email delivery provider for transactional messages and a web analytics service. Analytics events, when enabled, record actions such as "form submitted" and never include names, emails, file contents, or messages.

Retention

We keep submissions and account records for as long as needed for the business relationship and our legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize them.

Your choices

You can update profile details in your account, or contact us to request access to or deletion of your information, subject to records we must keep.
